NEGATIVE STARS! Think very carefully before signing a lease! The negative reviews are spot on. This has been the worst experience I have every had. Leaving after 1 long year of nothing but issues. The master bedroom and bathroom are so cold I had to cover the windows and can't use the bathroom it's so cold - no adequate heating on that end of apartment. Communication is lacking on all levels, no one seems to know what's going on. You will get reminders for everything but when you reach out you get crickets! Maintenance is good but recently have not responded to two requests, probably because I am leaving soon. Charging forced rent, to many people, when you have renters insurance in place and refuse to reverse the charges. The pool was so dirty when I went the first time, I never went back. A slick of oil and lots of babies in diapers. Trash is a nightmare and so is parking. I wish I had something positive to say but I just don't. I can go on but I will stop here.
WOW! I was looking for a beautiful place to move too but reading so many negative reviews, I think i will pass i need peace not headaches! And everyone can’t be lying!
Stay away from this rental property.
Management may seem nice at first, but the experience quickly goes downhill. If I could rate the community and management a 0, I would.
I have been double-charged twice for prorated rent within the past month and a half. I went to the office every single day to resolve the issue. Each visit, I was told it would be fixed, yet nothing was resolved.
Because of their failure to correct these errors in a timely manner, management is now charging me late fees for rent payments—even though the issue is entirely their fault. Instead of refunding the double charges, they continue to penalize me.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I strongly recommend staying away from this place

If I could give this place -5 stars, they would Definitely get it lol. To anybody that is looking to move into this complex, please read my review, cause I’m going to give you an honest one and not a sugarcoated one and not an emotional feeling one like most do. Majority of your neighbors that you will see are very nice very respectful they mind their business, The office and the workers in the office are the rudest individuals you will ever meet! Dawn Is the rudest individual that I think I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment complex and I’ve only lived in two lol so I’m not one that leaves places after a year or two I like to stay somewhere especially where I’m comfortable for a long time. This place I left early out of my lease because it was just too much to deal with with the harassment from Dawn And her one friendly neighbor that tells on you about everything lol. If you move in to building 1500 please look out for the lady with the white Honda Accord who lives in the building to the left to you, she is going to harass you on every move you make even if you sneeze outside she will talk to you like you are a Child! The maintenance guys are phenomenal. Very nice people. They do a good job when you request work to be done. The complex itself doesn’t keep itself up to par with the price they don’t clean. The hallways are very dirty in the buildings, but the apartments are Beautiful. I wish any of you the best of luck who is moving in here and please when you meet DAWN look the other way lol

AVOID AT ALL COSTS — They will steal your time, money, and peace of mind.
We moved out August 9, our lease ended August 19, and it is now the end of September with still no security deposit returned. By New York State law, deposits must be returned within 14 days. Instead, we have called the office and the corporate line at least three times a week since moving out and have either been ignored or given empty promises. On August 21, we even received a call asking if we “ever returned our keys” after we had followed every step correctly. The audacity is unbelievable and shows how careless this management is. At this point we are on the verge of taking them to small claims court because this has gone beyond frustrating into outright unacceptable.
Meanwhile, management somehow has time to respond to brand new 5 star reviews (which read more like paid PR than reality) while ignoring the most recent negative reviews that echo the exact same issues. That tells you everything you need to know: they bury complaints instead of taking accountability.
Living here was miserable. Our so-called “luxury” remodeled unit came with paint on the carpets, nails scattered across the floors that put our cat at risk, no natural light, and a depressing, cheaply finished interior. Nothing about it was luxury. It was sloppy work disguised as high-end.
Please believe the tenants speaking out. If honest reviews had been available before we signed, we never would have moved in. Do not make the same mistake.
