  I’ve had a great experience living here. Office staff and maintenance staff were helpful. My apartment was very cozy and I loved it! If I ever move back to NY I will be back.

  Stay away from this rental property. Management may seem nice at first, but the experience quickly goes downhill. If I could rate the community and management a 0, I would. I have been double-charged twice for prorated rent within the past month and a half. I went to the office every single day to resolve the issue. Each visit, I was told it would be fixed, yet nothing was resolved. Because of their failure to correct these errors in a timely manner, management is now charging me late fees for rent payments—even though the issue is entirely their fault. Instead of refunding the double charges, they continue to penalize me. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly recommend staying away from this place

  This is specifically a shout out to the maintenance crew for an amazing job in repairing my ceiling after a water leak occurred. Steven Serrano was the main one who was extremely attentive and on top of everything when it came to the emergency call the night it happened, the follow ups with temporary and then permanent repairs, and always calling me to let me know when he’ll be coming by to fix it all. He’s also fixed other maintenance issues I’ve had in my apartment in the past and I appreciate the timeliness him and his crew get the job done. He keeps this place running!! Thank you again Steve

  Here’s a rephrased version: Terrible customer service. This stems from an incident in September 2024. I submitted an application, got approved, and completed everything well in advance. However, just two weeks before my move-in date, I received an email stating the apartment I had been approved for was no longer available. Instead, they offered me a smaller unit with higher rent, claiming it was a newer apartment. To their credit, they did offer a one-time credit to offset the higher rent, but I declined because I would be losing about 150 sq. ft. of space. When I requested a refund, as I no longer wanted to deal with their unprofessionalism, they started avoiding my calls. I even tested it by calling immediately after from a private number, and they picked up. What’s worse is that when I brought up their poor Google reviews to one of the staff, she dismissed them, saying they were old and irrelevant because the property is under new management. She claimed the reviews were false. While the apartments may look nice, reliability and professionalism are crucial. Proceed with caution and think carefully before making a decision.
