- CCColleen CharnockDec 5, 20221.0If you want to live around disrespectful, poorly mannered and loud children this is your place. I have lived on the other side of the fence for 5 years and complained once about loud music to which the manager was already aware and he took care of it. During this past summer I witnessed a group of girls break the panel of the adjoining fence and squeeze through for no reason other than to be destructive. Yesterday, my dog began barking, I looked out the window to see a young man in the middle of our private road playing catch by throwing a football over the fence. I kindly asked him if he lived here to which he replied," no" then I asked him to go back to his side of the fence to play. He walked away and I thanked him for cooperating. Less than 5 minutes later he's back, so I left a message for the manager. Today when pulling into our community there he is again in the middle of our road throwing a ball to his friend over the fence. Unless the parents of these children are willing to pay $310 monthly for HOA dues, $600 in Special Assessment to maintain the private road, $4800 a year in school taxes ,and $6700 a year in property taxes, stay on your side of the fence.
