- GSGeorge SnyderOct 21, 20253.0Move in was good. The agent was helpful on the walk through and maintenance was available and fixed the issues I noted right away. They hit you with too many extra add-on charges, pet app requirements even when you don't have a pet, auto-enrollment in some credit building service with a monthly fee that I never agreed to. Also, the apartment is old with kitchen cabinets that are basically painted over plywood. They shouldn't charge as much as they do for these unrenovated apartments. Unfortunately they only had a renovated apartment available for viewing prior to signing lease. Sharing water fees with your neighbors is also a bad practice. They have me paying almost as much for a 1 person apartment as I was paying for a full home with a family of 7.

Other places cut grass weekly, I’ve only seen the grass cutting once since August. There’s a lot of dog poop in the grass also. I wonder how the snow removal will go in the winter..

All staff including maintenance men and in office staff have always been friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs! Maintenance is always prompt when called especially when emergencys happen! Will always recommend this company!!!!
