- FDFrank DamicoJul 11, 20245.0Before you read the gigantic 1 star review from this lady named colleen, id advise you to check out all of her reviews, and see that handing out one stars to local companies is her one and only hobby. The community there is great, i havent met a single person who wouldn't smile and say hello. The townhomes are in great condition and the staff is amazing. Full basements, brand new carpets, windows, and roofs, also the layouts of them are nice. Then again i may be biased from living here, but alls i ask is that if you do come across a review from that lady, check out some more of her reviews and come to your own conclusion about if you think its glenwood that has the problem or her.
