  I would like commend the staff and management on another issue I encountered. I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your management and maintenance team. I would like to acknowledge the maintenance team, Mr. Abdul Hakim supervisor, and Mr. Mark Cesar, technician for their prompt attention and the level of their professionalism did not go unnoticed and it made a significant difference in my experience. From the moment the ceiling started showing signs of distress because of the harsh winter weather we endured this year, the maintenance team acted swiftly and efficiently. They arrived on time, they were courteous, respectful and demonstrated a strong commitment to resolving the issue thoroughly. Their attention to detail and clear communication throughout the process helped ensure that everything was handled smoothly and with minimal disruption. It is reassuring to know that such a dependable and skilled team is in place. Their dedication to quality service reflects positively on your organization, and I am grateful for the care and professionalism they consistently delivered. Please extend my thanks and recognition to the management team Mrs.Trish Petro and Mr. Frederick Jones as well as Mr. Hakim and Mr. Cesar for their outstanding work and the many services they extend on a daily basis.

  I didn’t see when our maintenance guy came in coz I was in the bedroom recovering from surgery but my caregiver did and when he came back with the drawer door that broke, she said a piece of wood was screwed onto it. Now it’s working as it should. So glad it is now fixed and they were able to fix it for me. I’m grateful for any help I get no matter how big or small. Thank You Idlewild Creek for your quick action 😊

  The maintenance was done 10 minutes after I put in request. The maintenance team here is terrific !
