  Justice showed up promptly to fix my clogged toilet. He also securely fastened the bathroom cabinet to the wall. He took a photo of my washing machine that is starting to not spin well with heavier loads. And is in the process of fixing my tub drain. He is a great cheerful worker and Veno Properties is lucky to have him!

  Young man Justice, was very helpful. Very respectful. I called for a repair visit and they showed up within the hour. Took about a half hour to resolve the problem. When he was finished, he asked if there was anything else I would like done. He replaced my fallen outlet cover, and got me all situated. The person I set up the call was very helpful also. I am very pleased, and feel at ease knowing I will be taken care of in the future. Thanks so much VENO PROPERTIES

  RUN RUN RUN, these people will take any excuses to raise the rent on you then steal your deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. Gilda is very unprofessional and talks to customers like you are a nobody. I’m still fighting to get my deposit back even after I paid to get the Apt cleaned before I left. They will keep treating to kick you out over every single details. And you won’t get your Deposit back!!! Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

  I have worked with Jessica & Brooke on different occasions in the last almost Two years of being with them. With small maintenance projects to wildlife issues seeking winter shelter. I've had nothing but a great experience with them both & their entire team of technicians. All always professional in their replies, concerns & repairs as needed, & always easy to work with in scheduling things. Communication is very clear, issues handled promptly, the genuine concern for the property & tenant concern/happiness is shown from the start to finish. Nights, weekends & holidays don't seem to stop their operation of taking care of issues that arise unexpectedly in a timely manner, considering my past experience with other companies who truly live by the 9-to-5 rule. Would definitely recommend Veno Properties for rental & property management needs.

  If this could be 0 stars it would be. 2 years renting with them and not a single maintenance request ever completed. They do not respond to tenants unless they initiate the conversation and even then the communication is terrible to say the least. Do not rent anywhere associated with this group unless you have no issues with them not following their part of the lease agreements.
