Being strong-armed into Spectrum bulk services halfway through my lease is the most frustrating thing.
I have my own router and network configuration. Forcing me to use a Spectrum router when I don't want it is terrible customer service.

I’ve had one of the most disappointing experiences with this management company. I gave my notice to vacate and instead of working with me professionally, they hit me with unreasonable fees and acted like they had no interest in helping at all. The communication is cold, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful.
They charged a massive “improper notice fee” even though I’ve been upfront and cooperative, and the way everything was handled felt rushed and inconsiderate. There was no attempt to explain things clearly or support a smooth move-out.
It’s sad because tenants deserve honesty and respect, not surprise charges and attitude. This whole experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone looking for fair or professional treatment.

Can't get a pest control person out here for the mice. I've put 2 maintenance requests in to get the window AC unit removed. When they put it in, they said just let us know when you're ready for it to be taken out..it's done snowed and the unit is still in, can't turn my heat on because it will all go out the cracks that were left when unit was installed. Freezing in my apartment all 3 of us are sick now. Baseboard heat hasn't worked in forever, they know about it. I have things that still haven't been fixed that I've been complaining about since I moved in 5 years ago yet they want us to leave good reviews for them?!? Floorboards are coming up and squeak like crazy yet they say its the apartment settling. Ive had to pay to buy mice traps, and to shrink wrap my drafty windows.

Management is absolutely terrible. They do not follow through with anything! They do not call you back on ANY issues you have. We have been here since May of this year and have had 5 separate issues, including mice and leakage, and haven't received ONE call back on anything. NOW they have mandated all new Spectrum equipment etc. in every apartment, and lucky for us, we were the first apartment. Spectrum showed up at our door at 6:00pm and did not leave until 9:25pm!! The spectrum personal thought WE called them and that they were here for a single service call. I gave them the letter that Twin Lakes dropped at our door yesterday saying they would be going around today to allow spectrum access to our apartment for this installation. Spectrum had no idea about this grand plan of Twin Lakes. You read it right, 6:00PM - 9:25 PM!!!! These guys were in my living room for 3.5 HOURS and the new installation didn't even take!!!! wasted our whole Friday night. GET IT TOGETHER TWIN LAKES. Unreal. I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone.

The furnace we use for heating has been broken for a month, and they have made no effort to repair it. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, the result is always dealing with unresponsive and indifferent people. There have been several fires in the complex, and now it’s clear why. When problems like this aren’t fixed, these are the kinds of incidents that happen. The only advantage of this place is its proximity to everything, and that has nothing to do with the apartment management. If they had shown half the effort to fix the furnace problem as they did to avoid fixing it, the furnace wouldn’t have been broken for a month.
