After a thorough check she found that there was an underlying issue within the breaker box itself along with issues with a gfci; and not the refrigerator. She made sure everything was in proper working order by the time she was finished. Very friendly and helpful!

The level of interaction is incredible! They are both very friendly and concerned with my welfare at the same time being professional and understanding.

Ever since the new ownership I can say that they've constantly worked towards improving the property without jacking up pricing. I've been so impressed that I renewed my lease to see if it lives up to expectations, this might've become a hidden gem. Definitely keep an eye on them especially if you're looking for affordable, newly renovated apartments.

I hate knowing that my move up here was only temporarily and wish I could stay longer. They sure know how to make tenants feel comfortable and assisted when they have issues. It saddens me to see the negative reviews from others as I can testify that their experience was no where to what I’ve experienced during my stay. I love the staff and would further say that the hard work they put to making our community a better place can not go unnoticed 🙏🏽
