- KLkyle LDec 18, 20255.0The has added several new upgrades to improve the living situation within the community. We had recently got a new community laundry center and a gym with new equipment. Looking forward to seeing what else comes next with the community remodel. Would be nice to see a dog park within the community.
- AAAbhijithDec 15, 20251.0If I give this place a rating of 0 I would. I do not recommend staying at this place. I moved out in April 2025 and I am still yet to receive my security deposit back. At first, I was refused my deposit completely all the way down to $0, I had to fight for even some of my deposit back after the apartment was thoroughly cleaned out. Even after all this, I still haven't received any amount of my security deposit back, ITS BEEEN 8 months!!! $1000 deposit that I still haven't received. You can try calling the office, the management company and if you are lucky, just lucky enough you will land a call with someone. The staff at London Square are overworked, underpaid. I was out of state, and wasn't able to look at the apartment in advance. I was told that the apartment had centralized heating and cooling. Upon arrival, I am told it is currently not working and will be fixed promptly. 4 months into staying there I am told, they had taken out centralized cooling from the apartment entirely and that was never an option. Additionally, further down I had a laundry door fall on me and the door was never fixed and was left on the floor for the remaining of my stay here. The dishwasher also never worked, although they did replace it for me with the same version that didn't work. Again these are some of the problems with this place. The management is very bad and I advice everyone to be cautious and research more before committing to this place. Very bad management, impossible to get repairs done 4 repairmen for over 300 houses. Any single tenants please be careful with this place, I strongly urge you to find other places instead of this apartment. The fallen door below.

- SGSara GoodwinDec 4, 20252.0The bottom line of the property managers is to protect the Solomon Group Organization and not ensure the residents have safe, clean and functional living spaces that they pay for. We’ve been directly lied to about multiple situations and gaslight about even more. We lost all of our personal belongings in the 600 building fire, that started because of tenants we had been formally complaining about since moving in. If one of us hadn’t been home, we would’ve lost our senior cat. One of our neighbors wasn’t as lucky. Our home often reeked of rancid garbage and sewage because there was an issue with the HVAC system that was never rectified. We couldn’t open the windows to air it out or cool it down because of the dog excrement smell from those same tenants never cleaning up after their 3 dogs. We were strung along and lied to about that entire situation and then it almost cost us our lives. We had to come out of pocket for much of the cost of the fire aftermath and our insurance company picked and chose what they’d reimburse us for, often weeks after the fact. Our community stepped in to help and support us because the property managers lied to our insurance company about our new apartment being move-in ready when it was not. There’s many more issues not mentioned here. We’re hopeful that any future issues will be easily resolved but remain prepared for the worst.

I mentioned our stove oven being rusty and asked if it could be replaced but was then told they will charge me more on rent if they put a new one. Ive seen some improvement with the new manager but so far it hasnt been a thrilling living experience.
