The changes they made have been incredible, from cleaning up dead trees, to repainting a lot of things, to even putting lighting fixtures up in the walkways has been amazing for someone that works early mornings like I do. The biggest improvement is easily the maintenance staff. I had issues since I moved in and nothing was getting done, and was basically told to stop sending in maintenance requests. Now these guys are responding THE SAME DAY and recommending things to get replaced, and to mark it as urgent which was unheard of under the old owners. It's always felt like a safe enough and quiet enough place to live, but now even more so. Highly recommend Fox Run Apartments.

Exhausted my options by talking with the leasing office about what to do and they told me it was MY responsibility to fix. Even though the HVAC issue was solved by THEIR maintenance and it was solved incorrectly because it left black mold in my ventilation. I was straight out of an internship, unpaid, with no way to solve the issue or call anyone to help. I'm still dealing with repercussions on my health TO DATE and it's 2025. Not to mention I had a leak above my shower and in the last five months of living there they cut a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling, and then never properly fixed the leak or patched up the ceiling hole! Also witnessed a police raid on an apartment while living there so not only unsafe with health, but unsafe physically as well.
