  I have a relative who resides here this place is hell on earth and I will be calling an attorney to help get her out. Neighbors loud they smoking weed which is making her sick the place is terrible with the hidden fees and charges. We will be suing IDYLWOOD and Morgan property

  Overall it's ok, neighbors are loud so that's probably my biggest complaint Quick edit, I did follow up and discuss it after the comment left by idylwood, there is quiet hours here, however they are not enforced

  My son was looking for an apartment and this was my first apartment with my son when he was a child. We lived here in the 80s and naturally came here first. What a huge difference and not for the better. The buildings overall were in rough shape inside and out. The apartments we looked at were horrible. One bedroom basement was unbelievably small for the asking price. The hallway was dark and smelled. Then there were the "hidden fees" a pool fee, work out room fee and a septic fee. My son asked "If I don't use the pool, which he wouldn't do I still have to pay?" And he was told he would. I was very disappointed in how run down this place had become.

  Does anyone ever answer the phone here?? I've been calling for weeks and not once did the phone get answered! Instead of returning your call you can a text! How do you get someone on the phone at this place??

  I currently live here, and I strongly do not recommend this place for families with toddlers or kids. The apartments are extremely hollow with poor sound insulation. During winter, when outdoor play isn’t an option, it becomes nearly impossible for toddlers to move or play inside without complaints. The neighbors are completely intolerant toward normal child noise, and we have already been harassed by our downstairs neighbors multiple times and still facing the same issue. Despite raising these concerns, management has done nothing to help resolve the situation or make living here peaceful for families. We are now stuck here for a year and deeply regret renting this home. If you have kids, please think twice before moving in.
