  Really happy living here! The complex is well kept and comfortable and our community manager has been amazing. She’s friendly and responsive and has made several positive changes since she started. It truly makes a difference for residents.

  The apartments are great and well maintained! The leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Shari was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Eddie is very nice and was extremely helpful during move in.

  The entire leasing experience was very smooth. I coordinated this lease from California and by the time I arrived in New York, everything was ready for me. They were excellent at communicating throughout the whole process and being accommodating with my situation. Shari and Isabella were amazing with the whole process.

  Cannot thank Eddie Toledo, the superintendent, enough for everything he’s done for us. We’ve been dealing with heat issues for over 4 years, but this is the first year that we no longer have an issue. He promised to fix it, and got it done. He’s personable and a hardworking gentleman, and if you need anything, he really does try his best to make it happen. During these snowy months, there have been plenty of times I’ve seen him taking care of things like salt and snow removal on his own. If anything has renewed faith in Eagle Rock Carle Place, it would be knowing that when we need help, he is readily there. If Eagle Rock should focus on anything, it’s keeping this man here because he’s been a godsend. Above and beyond is his baseline! I would also like to point out that Shari, one of the managers, has been sending out helpful emails and seems to take people’s complaints and act on them (judging by the emails lol). It’s appreciated to see that Eagle Rock has fantastic people in their corner.
