  Unfortunately my experience living at Pinnacle North was not as good as I would have liked it to be. The apartment complex is visually appealing from the outside and inside, however this comes at the cost of very poor building materials and poor sound insulation. I struggled with noise from above. I could hear everything. I attached videos to this review so you can hear for yourself and see if this is an ideal living space for you. If you want to live here and you’re a working professional that values the importance of getting adequate rest and/or enjoying peace at home, I suggest you rent only in the upper most units. If you attempt to transfer to another unit in the building, management unreasonably requires a half month’s rent as a transfer fee. This was really the largest issue I had with this complex. Another thing I want to point out is you get one parking space in the garage, which is great as it’s secure access only. The outside parking lot isn’t gated and I’ve witnessed a tenant’s car getting backed into (hit and run) at night, as the parking lot is highly utilized by kids who come to the area to party on Friday and Saturday nights. Something to keep in mind for a couple or families with more than 1 car. Otherwise, I liked having a mail room, elevator, trash chute, gym, a swipe key, spacious unit, laundry in unit, reasonable utility bills. The balcony was nice but they have a huge pigeon problem. Maintenance is amazing and very responsive and friendly. The online portal is extremely convenient. The move in and move out process was hassle free.

  Stayed at this complex for 2 years before purchasing my home.Nothing fancy about it, but the staff was OK, grounds were always clean, and it was always quiet in my area. Probably one of the best out of all the complexes in the area.

  Put in maintenance almost 2 days ago!! My a/c is not working properly it’s very hot in my apartment yet no one has came to to check it out or I have yet to receive a call from the office!

  I was a tenant at Pinnacle Heights for a year, but unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to relocate to a different area. From the start the office staff (Kim and Brett), were always wonderful to deal with. They always went the extra mile to answer any questions or concerns I had and were very professional while also treating you like a great neighbor. The grounds were kept extremely clean both inside the gate and outside, unless of course it was Sunday. Those days I believe the grounds keepers were off, but rest assured by Monday morning you could see them out and back to keeping the grounds clean. The new arms installed at the gate were quite difficult to get use to, but once you figured out how to use them/timing they were a great added safety feature and you can tell safety is a priority as there are cameras all over. I greatly appreciated the safety precautions. The maintenance crew was quick at responding to requests and you could tell they valued their work and are very knowledgeable. My only complaint is I do not have Kim and Brett in the office at my new apartment complex.
