The brick walls, windows, trim, countertops and appliances add such a cool vibe. Maintenance is exceptional and it seems that most of the apartments are unique in layout. Our neighbors are great and many seem to keep non traditional hours. Overall, we couldn’t be happier and I’m assuming anyone that lives here feels the same way. We’ll be here as long as they keep us!

The management company is amazingly responsive. The units are lovely. The other tenants are quiet and respectful to all. In addition, within walking to lots of downtown restaurants, services and close to all the hospitals.

The doors are so heavy and the walls are sound-proof so you barely can hear your neighbors upstairs or next to you. Maintenance comes immediately.! I put in a request late a night and 9AM the next morning they came and fixed everything. Brian is really nice and understanding. Pam is kind of rude at times, but overall I really enjoy the property. Very private community, gated. Central to all the food places and an easy walk to the grocery stores and Allentown. Would recommend to move here.
