We called late on a Friday afternoon and Gabby responded and arranged to meet us to show 19 North and Granite Works. She showed us both properties answering all our many questions and was fantastic to work with. Both she and other agents stressed the importance of securing a space before an expected surge in demand. This led us to decide on 19 North. We immediately began the process of applying which was complicated by my son needing us as guarantors. This led to numerous back and forth texts with Gabby up to 9:30 Friday evening which was way above and beyond on her part. In short she is a large reason we chose 19 North and appreciate all she did.
