I’ve had ongoing issues with this apartment complex that have been frustrating and poorly handled. Recently, my water bill spiked significantly due to a leak I wasn’t aware of. When I reached out to management (Holly Martin) for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive, despite the fact that the utility confirmed the leak was internal. I’ve also experienced repeated issues with mold in my apartment. Despite submitting multiple work orders, the problem persists, and it seems like management (Holly Martin) is not taking adequate steps to resolve it. Mold is a serious health concern, and it is frustrating that tenants are left dealing with this ongoing issue. I would caution anyone considering moving here to be aware of how maintenance handles such critical problems.

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and it honestly made me anxious about renting again because dishonesty seems to be something they’ve perfected. DO NOT GO THERE We lived in this complex for three years. In the beginning, everything seemed fine—the area felt relatively quiet and somewhat safe. But as more residents moved in, management completely shifted their priorities. At that point, it became clear that collecting money mattered far more than caring about the people already living there. Over time, the environment became stressful and uncomfortable. Police were frequently on site, packages were constantly stolen—both from the mailroom and directly from residents’ doors—and there were fights in units, along with drunk individuals causing disturbances around the property. It no longer felt like a safe or peaceful place to live. To be fair, some of the staff were kind and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Every interaction felt as if we were bothering her or asking for personal favors instead of simply expecting her to do her job. She even yelled at us once just for asking a question twice—only because she had never clearly explained the situation in the first place. Her responses were always short, dismissive, and felt like she just wanted residents out of her office as quickly as possible. I genuinely don’t understand how she was given that position, especially when other staff members were far more helpful and respectful than she ever was. Maintenance was another ongoing issue. Requests took forever to be addressed, and when someone finally came, the job was often poorly done. More than once, the same issue would break again within a week. Now let’s talk about HIDDEN FEES. When we finally reached our breaking point and decided to leave, we notified them one day late. Of course, they charged us for that extra day. We were told that this amount would be taken from our security deposit, and we agreed. A few days later, we received a bill for over $600. When we looked at the charges, even the staff couldn’t clearly explain where some of them came from. The largest charge was for carpet replacement, something we were never informed we could be held responsible for. We have never had this issue at any other apartment complex. We lived there for three years—of course the carpet wouldn’t look brand new—but we had no pets and no small children. We made sure to clean thoroughly before leaving, including mopping the floors and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, yet we were still charged for both carpet replacement and cleaning fees. It simply made no sense. We are honestly so relieved we left. We chose to live in a complex to avoid landlord issues, and that turned out to be a huge mistake. We are now renting elsewhere with a landlord who is respectful, responsive, and professional—and the difference is night and day. Final thought: Management needs to be far more careful about who they hire, especially for leadership roles. One unprofessional person can completely ruin the experience for residents—and in this case, it absolutely did.

My experience with this community was disappointing and unprofessional. Throughout the process, I often felt like an inconvenience whenever I had questions or needed clarification from the property manager. Communication was lacking and didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I expected. To make things worse, when I requested to be removed from their advertising emails, I was told that it’s managed by a third party and could take up to three months to be taken off the list. Overall, the experience left me feeling undervalued as a potential resident.
