  He did not overpromise and showed he knew how to sell the property. The process felt realistic and the updates were clear enough for me to follow. Wish it was a bit quicker, but market is slow, I understand.

  I didn't want open houses every weekend with no real results and this time focus stayed on serious buyers and clean timing. The way the property was sold felt intentional , not desperate. That mattered to me more than flashy marketing !!
