  I was lucky to have Charles by my side throughout the entire process of Selling my property. From the very beginning, he was attentive, approachable, and always willing to help. Communication was excellent, which was really valuable as an international cliente, being outside the US during the process. Helped getting thru a negotiation with the tenant and it was clear he was fully committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy with peace of mind and confidence.
