- LTLuisa TMay 4, 20211.0I would refrain from doing business with this management company. I was in contact with the manager Samantha and everything was going great. Filled out the application and payed the background check. I went to go see a few apartments and we agreed on sending her an email to solidify our decision. The apartment we were interested in wasn't finished so we decided to push back our move in date (6/1). I emailed her the decision (4/17) and received no response. Then followed up over the phone and her receptionist said she received the email and would respond. No email received. Followed up again via email (4/27) and waited a week. No response. I called the office and got a hold of Samantha over the phone (5/4) and she was rude and seemed annoyed at my call and inquiry on the availability of the apartment we were interested in. I emailed her twice and waited 3 weeks and no response. Communication here is obviously horrible. Glad I dodged this bullet.
