  I have lived in this building for numerous years and it never seems to get any better. I had a very frustrating experience dealing with the leasing manager, Alicia. She was extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and often gave inconsistent or inaccurate information. It felt like basic questions about the building and lease terms were either brushed off or answered in a way that later turned out to be incorrect. Communication was poor, and it seemed like she simply didn’t care about addressing concerns or being transparent. What makes the situation even worse is that the building itself offers virtually no amenities, yet the rent being charged is outrageously high. Most of the other apartment buildings in downtown Binghamton offer far better value — many include amenities like golf simulators, movie theaters, fitness centers, and common lounges, all while charging less than this building. Here, you’re paying premium prices for a place that offers very little in return. Overall, the lack of professionalism from management combined with the high cost and lack of amenities makes this building extremely difficult to recommend. There are many better options in downtown Binghamton that offer far more for your money.

  20 Hawley Street is such an impressive place to call home. The building combines modern design with an energetic downtown vibe that makes everyday living feel exciting and convenient. The apartments are bright and well designed, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and thoughtful layouts that feel both stylish and functional. The amenities are fantastic, including a fitness center, outdoor lounge with grilling areas, multiple quite study rooms, and plenty of social spaces that make connecting with others easy. The location in the heart of downtown means so many great restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options are just steps away. Overall the community feels welcoming and well maintained, and it definitely deserves five stars
