  Rob. He is the maintenance manager; he is very efficient and is always walking around the complex, ensuring that everything is in order. He always has a smile, and he is kind and respectful.

  My husband and I contacted Anil Thomas in advance about a rental we were interested in viewing. We drove nearly an hour to get there, only to be told upon arrival that the apartment had been priced incorrectly. During the conversation, he also inappropriately shared someone else’s personal situation, which felt very unprofessional. Despite this, my husband decided to proceed with viewing another unit so the trip wouldn’t be a complete waste. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. The hallways were dimly lit and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We were told the apartment had already been cleaned and painted, but it was in very poor condition…there were visible patches on the walls, and the cabinets looked extremely worn, as if they hadn’t been updated in years. When I opened one of the cabinets, I found a live roach inside. I was shocked and immediately wanted to leave. When this was pointed out, Anil tried to dismiss it by saying it was a fly, which was clearly not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsettling experience. Between the misleading information, lack of professionalism, and poor property conditions, I would strongly advise others to save their time and look elsewhere.

  Pleasant living experience at this property. Rob is friendly, responsive, and quick to address any service related issues. You can tell he cares about the property and satisfaction of the residents. I am very appreciative of his help while living here.

  They don’t care about ppl and only care about money brown water every month they make u pay more an ppl be smoking cigarettes in apartment buildings which u ca smell coming up from the first floor
