  Leonid Sklyar helped me to sell my apartment and buy a house at the same time. I am very happy with his service because we sold our apartment in one day and got very good price. Leonid, like he told me after, just made one phone call after he left my house with signed listing package and on next day show it to the couple that offered us full asking price and all cash.Those people let us stay in our Appartment (sure we pay them rent) while Leonid found for us a new house and was able to negotiate a good price because we wasn't in the rush as buyer of our apartment let us stay after the closing until we close on the purchase. He has a lists of buyers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, cleaning people and whatever you may need while selling or buying real estate. I will highly recommend him.
