  Christian Daley at Clayton Homes Ballston Spa was awesome! He was dedicated to helping us find the right home for us and he went out of his way to make everything work. Unfortunately, we ended up not being able to move forward with the house but I would highly recommend Clayton Homes. Ask for Christian ☺️

  If you’re looking for modular homes in Ballston Spa, NY, I highly recommend Clayton Homes Ballston Spa. As a realtor, I recently had a client relocating from Florida who needed a new home quickly, and I immediately thought a modular home would be the perfect solution. My first stop was Clayton Homes Ballston Spa because my client had already noticed a spec home outside that she loved. When I walked in, I met Dylan, and I truly cannot say enough about how helpful he was throughout the entire process. I came in with a notebook full of questions and honestly didn’t even know where to start—but Dylan took the time to walk me through everything step by step. After several phone calls and plenty of questions on my end, he helped arrange a meeting with my client. By the second meeting, they had already selected and finalized the perfect floor plan, which made the process incredibly efficient. There were some additional steps working with the town due to land composition and grading requirements, but Dylan remained patient, professional, and an excellent communicator the entire time. Even when certain things were outside of his control, he kept us informed and made sure the process kept moving forward smoothly.   I didn’t know where to start with the process of building a home. I decided to stop by here and was fortunate enough to meet Christian. He took the time to sit down and answer my endless silly questions… he brought in the manager Dylan for anything he didn’t know and with the both of them. They showed me that this is a possibility!!!! I’m so grateful to have walked in and for them to spend the time to make this a reality!

  We had a great experience working with Dylan, Heidi, and Tim at Clayton Homes in Ballston Spa. I want to be completely honest for anyone considering the process—it is not a quick one. We signed in October 2025 and didn’t move into our home until February 2026. This journey requires a lot of patience, flexibility, and understanding. There are many moving parts, and timelines can (and most likely will) change depending on different circumstances. That said, the team in Ballston Spa truly does everything they can to support you and keep things moving forward. Dylan, Heidi, and Tim were always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting us into our home. Even during the waiting periods, we felt like we were in good hands. If you go into the process with honest expectations and understand that delays can happen, it is absolutely worth it in the end. We are so happy with our home and grateful for the team who helped us get there.
