  Rent goes up 8% yearly for existing residents until it aligns with the $2k plus that new tenants pay. These are not luxury apartments but they charge like they are. Tenants will now have to pay for water usage along with high rent, NYSEG, and nationagrid. Was once a nice little community…now when you call you get someone out of state. The long time tenants are getting bullied out so they can “renovate” with cheap modern materials and call it luxury then charge a mortgage payment. Doing a google search you’ll find eagle rock buying up these older apartment complexes all over America and upping rent. Emails are sent out weekly taking away more and more from us. Can’t have your grill outside anymore, can’t have an air conditioning unit out your window even in apartments with no AC. Can’t have a garden. Trash pickup is on Mondays and it looks awful as everyone’s trash lays out all day long. Animals rip through it at night and the wind blows it all over the neighborhood. Plows damage the buildings and don’t fix the it after (they hit garages and sidings often) place is always under construction. I kept getting charged extra for renters insurance even though having it through my insurance providers…Never got a refund. Mail is off premises and located next to a liquor store down the road. Corporate owned and is going downhill fast. Their website has Internet listed as an amenity but they simply mean yo have the ability to get spectrum on your own lol. look elsewhere people.

  My wife and I recently moved from out of state back to our home state of NY. Tracy, Ruben, and Logan were wonderful in making this transition as easy as possible and were always available to assist us with anything we needed during this process. Let's not forget the maintenance team for their hard work in remodeling the unit and having it ready to move in. They are very busy but will always be there to address any issues you may have.

  Staff at the leasing office did a fantastic job coordinating with us and making sure we had everything we needed to move in right on time. Logan was a great help and coordinated the whole process.

  We moved into Northway Eleven about a month ago and we are loving it. The apartment was totally renovated and the finishes are awesome. Tracey Byers, the leasing manager is the best. She was so very kind and helpful in our process of moving. Being an older couple, we were nervous and exhausted and she was always there answering our questions with patience and understanding.
