  Having resided at Northway 11 for two years, I was recently notified of a proposed $120 monthly rent increase. I am seeking clarification on the rationale behind this significant escalation. As a seasoned renter with experience in various locations, including during my time in the military, I have never encountered a rent increase exceeding $20. The acquisition of Northway 11 by Eagle Rock appears to be the catalyst for this substantial rent hike, which seems designed to encourage existing tenants to relocate, thereby enabling further rent increases to over $2,000. It is worth noting that the newly constructed King's Isle Apartments offers a comparable living experience for only $100 more than Eagle Rock's current demands.

  My wife and I recently moved from out of state back to our home state of NY. Tracy, Ruben, and Logan were wonderful in making this transition as easy as possible and were always available to assist us with anything we needed during this process. Let's not forget the maintenance team for their hard work in remodeling the unit and having it ready to move in. They are very busy but will always be there to address any issues you may have.

  Staff at the leasing office did a fantastic job coordinating with us and making sure we had everything we needed to move in right on time. Logan was a great help and coordinated the whole process.

  We moved into Northway Eleven about a month ago and we are loving it. The apartment was totally renovated and the finishes are awesome. Tracey Byers, the leasing manager is the best. She was so very kind and helpful in our process of moving. Being an older couple, we were nervous and exhausted and she was always there answering our questions with patience and understanding.

  Tracey and Rueben made my move so easy. Great communication, no surprises! I love my 2 bedroom flat with my own garage. I pinch myself daily to make sure I’m not dreaming!
