  5 Stars +++! I moved here for a year between selling one home and buying another. It has been a fabulous experience. The apartments are beautiful, and the property is impressively well kept. The property always looks neat and tidy in the summer, and the staff has done a superb job of keeping the snow cleared from parking areas and sidewalks during this super snowy winter 25/26. Jesse and the maintenance crew are unbelievably responsive to service requests, appearing quickly with a smile and a solution. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful community. Truly a gem!

  My girlfriend and I moved in a few months ago. I have never rented before but Katie and the avon staff have helped so much in making it a easy process. Morgan and myself are enjoying it here so much!

  We lived here for over 6 years and only left due to buying our first home. Katie, Will and Jesse have been great to us. They are quick to respond, even after hours and on weekends. Neighbors are great and you know everyone by name. The dog park is great for doggy parties and meet ups. We have utilized the community center for birthday parties and bridal showers. It’s a great space! The new phase looks amazing. Check it out for yourself!
