  I lived here happily for about 3 years now. Great neighborhood, close to UB, and great living experience. A huge shoutout to Jevon and Nannie! They are a responsible and dependable team that eases my mind and ensures that all problems will be resolved. Extremely lucky to have them with us! ❤️ This place definitely deserves a much better review on google.

  I have been here close to a year and every time I’ve had an issue maintenance showed up quicker than expected and did a better job than I could have imagined. There was nothing but professionalism and concern for me, the tenant, to make sure all of my needs were met. I am not a young student. I am a 42 year-old veteran with more life experiences than I care to admit and I can say without a doubt that this establishment and their maintenance personnel are top-notch and I would recommend them to anybody.

  A quiet place to stay, pet friendly, I got good friends here and it’s definitely great place for dogs. The view is good, the maintenance is responsible, and Nannie does a great job handling everything by himself. Even with many requests, he’s always reliable—last time my AC wasn’t warm, he came within 30 minutes and fixed it. Overall, the service has been consistently professional.

  Jevon has been very communicative with me through the whole process. I am excited to move into my new space. I feel it was worth the long wait. Anyone who understands the renovation process and schedule would know it runs behind. Patience… and I am happy. Thanks for getting me through this process during a difficult time!
