The grounds are kept beautifully, it’s quiet and peaceful, bedrooms are spacious with great closet space, and couldn’t be more conveniently located. Anything you could ever need is just around the corner — shopping, groceries, dining, and everything in between. The maintenance team is excellent and every interaction I’ve had with staff has been top notch. I highly recommend Shaker Run to anyone!

Any maintenance issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner. The Property Manager, Kathy, and the maintenance staff are top notch. So, if you're looking for a great place to live, I would recommend the Shaker Run Apts.

- BBBrooks BrownJul 17, 20202.0I lived here for four years. All I can say that’s positive is that it was quiet, I loved the location and our balcony that looked out on a wooded area. On the other side of the coin, the office managers were rude and abrupt with one exception. The apartments are totally early ‘90s outdated and cheaply made — from the particle board cabinets, to the cheap carpet and linoleum to the sloppy repainting job. The washer/dryer units are pure junk and leave paper lint embedded in clothes because they’re so filled with debris and never cleaned nor maintained. We tried to get our cheap, nasty carpet replaced and they said we’d have to sign a TEN YEAR lease. That’s laughable. Rosetti is a cheap, greedy company when it comes to this property. No wonder the turnover rate is so high.
