Over two years ago I wrote a review of how bad this place is on their Woodland website. I stated I would give them a zero than if I could and my opinion hasn't changed , if anything it is even worst than before.
They still are letting the place fall apart , first they limited the hours tenants could use the filialities such as the pool because they stated they couldn't find anyone to hire , yet they didn't give anyone a discount on their rent while they were saving money.
Parking lots were iced over all winter . They do a terrible job maintaining the place . The wood around the garages are rotting out. siding along the side the roof has falling off years ago and they still won't fix it.
The sealing on the front door has been pulling away for 4 years , One of the bedroom doors fell off leaving the renter to hire some one to fix it .
The tar walkway is crumbling and concrete patio cracked all over.
My friend , who has lived there for 4 years , with her young daughter , has had to pay for the repairs inside her apartment out of her own pocket .
When she finally called and asked for help a couple of months ago the girl she talked to instead of offering help told her " IF you want we'll let you out of your lease. " Now she gets a notice that they won't renew her lease and want her out August 31.
This is the disgraceful behavior you will and can expect from these people .
They always write , " Our residents are our top priority " But I've never seen it anywhere that they ever care about their tenants.
They don't even honor their own lease agreements , stay away , they are terrible.

I currently live here now and after four years of no issues and no late payments, I am being told my lease isn’t being renewed with no reasoning at all. I’m assuming it’s because I brought to their attention in the winter time about how bad the maintenance is doing with the ice issue, Just like another review, I just read with some other tenant. just like the other tenant, they blew me off, said that they were doing the best they could and if I wasn’t happy here, they would just break my lease instead of trying to fix the issue. They just wanted me out and now they’re pushing me out. I have videos of my neighbors struggling to get to their door. My daughter fell and they could care less. When I brought up how their maintenance men have felonies for burglary, they were very offended. You can Google the names of the maintenance guys and see their record. Save yourself the hassle and find a better place that cares about their tenants!
they’re going to reply with a I’m sorry to hear that you feel that way please contact us but that’s pointless because I tried to contact them when I had the ice issue left multiple messages and no one got back to me. they don’t want to solve the issue. They just wanna make money. I’ll keep you posted about my security deposit that I’m sure I won’t receive :)

Awful experience, the worst management at least where I live. We have had a frozen drive way for couple of days making the access to the property slippery and unsafe, I was told they were dealing with other things more important. Where I live is a historic building and it is a shame to see the lack or maintenance and care.
This is an update about my review, I called twice and left a message and nobody answered or communicated back. The driveway is still frozen, this is a liability issue!

We moved in last year and we’ve been paying $2550 per month, and I’ll tell you it is a disgusting place and a terrible experience. They have 10 year old rugs which when you compare different areas/rooms the carpets are two different colors (from how long they’ve been left uncleaned) and are making us sick. The house and the rooms inside it including the kitchen and bathroom are 20 years old in itself and on the verge of falling apart. They told us there would not be pest issues especially in the basement but we have mice, bugs, and all sorts of pests especially in the basement. Yet, when you ask maintenance to fix anything including the pest issue they always go to charge you right of the bat. We stayed one year and paid $30,000 dollars total. Now they are asking for $2750 per month. I want to give them zero stars but this review site only allows me to only give one at the very least. It’s the worst place to live and I’d only recommend it to anyone who wants to be miserable as long as they stay here.
