  These company are no good. I try to purchase pizza place as small business owner. They show me location, ask for deposit, then keep the money and ignore phone calls emails. I contact lawyer and he says cannot help me conflict of interest because he works with them.

  Giving them 1 star because I can't give them the negative amount that the money they stole from me deserves. This company and Bruce Ginsberg specifically are scam artists that perfectly fit the description of shysters. The MO; 1. They show you a property who's owner they represent (but they don't tell you that). 2. They tell you how easy it will be to obtain funding, promise to introduce you to small business loan banks, local politicians, community leaders that will help you out, etc. 3. They get you to sign a contract and make a large deposit. 4. They give you a handful of e-mail addresses, all of whom either ignore you, reject your loan application, or advise you to pay someone more money to help you. 5. Their lawyer sends you a letter to tell you the 'contract is breached' and in order to end this they need to keep the entirety of your deposit. This is a shameless scam of a front for a person that steals the money of naive poor people that have dreams of owning their own business. If you MUST deal with them, hire your own realtor and your own lawyer and don't give them a dime until your people advise you to.
