- KBKyla BielertDec 5, 20255.0I truly can’t get over how wonderful the entire unit rental crew in Northern Nevada was. They communicated quickly and clearly. They were also so incredibly kind when we didn’t think we’d be able to make the reservation work, and patient when we asked for next day delivery. Every person on the team, from our initial contact Melissa to the gentleman who dropped it off (whose name is eluding me) were just fantastic.

The Staff is LAZY and wouldn’t take the money out in time so we would call it in. Then they didn’t come out for a whole month as I called and they said we have to call the day before to be put on schedule okay fine but then they are trying to charge me for the month they didn’t pump! And on top of they they keep switching the price from 25$ to 45$ now they want 100$ every month this place is a joke and they are very unprofessional and have lazy office workers I filed a complaint with the BBB as well Stay clear of this company if possible!

We have nothing but problems with the containers; they leak horribly and they're next to impossible to open. QuickSpace refused to do anything about it. The controller/manager, Dick, is a salty and nasty old man. Do yourself a favor and use one of the other container services in town!
