  I moved in about a month ago and so far I really enjoy living here. Taylor the office manager and Kris, who’s in charge of maintenance, are both outstanding at their jobs. Taylor is super nice and caring, and makes you feel welcomed right away. Kris is also super friendly, and completes maintenance orders quickly and efficiently. They are a great team and add to the overall experience of living here. The community is great too. Tenants are all friendly and nice, no problems with noise. It’s an awesome apartment with a great location!

  Taylor helped me find the perfect home last month. Whenever I have questions she has been super helpful. She makes the office always feel welcoming.

  This place is beautiful. When I was living there it was Anne and Emily in the office both were so amazing and was so helpful and attentive; however before i moved out new management seemed to not care as much as old management The new manager is passive-aggressive and does not make it a welcoming environment. The door is closed a lot of the time on the weekdays which feels unwelcoming and nothing ever gets done this used to be a like-home environment now it feels like a corporate nightmare. the owner needs to do better at hiring better people and keeping the environment healthy

  I lived here for 5 years from September 2020 - September 2025. Apartments are nice and in a good area. Maintenance requests are usually solved pretty quick. Front office is usually repsonsive. The only reason I took off a star is because there was a situaion where my car was towed after I parked during a severe snowstorm (before leaving for vacation). By the time the snow had melted, I was about 6 inches over the parking lines but I was on vacation so I couldn't move the vehicle. It cost me $400 to get my car out of the towing yard. Besides that, it's a nice place to live.
