  They took my admin fee and never returned it the communication is horrible they actually said they basically lost it I don’t recommend this complex to anyone they don’t answer the phone and they steal your money and act like they don’t know where it went been calling and texting and sending emails for my money and still no response 2 months later

  Amy at Prosper 83 was so helpful in helping my friend get a home. They were able to complete everything over one phone call and set a date for her to move in. It’s a beautiful property. Thank you Amy!

  My daughter recently moved here and is struggling with her pet due to the property’s lack of pet-friendliness. There are no green areas, and there are no plans to add one. Pets are restricted to concrete or rocks. The property is relatively new, and at night, it’s pitch dark, which attracts coyotes. Overall, the townhomes are pleasant, but they are constructed using inexpensive materials.

  Beautiful property, great views. Staff was friendly and very helpful in showing us the difference in different townhouse models. Though the property is still under construction you can see the quality and fruitfulness this property offers. Unfortunately after applying the property lacks follow up, zero communication. We had to be the ones reaching out, don't expect updates on fees, applications, or approval. We received one email and then radio silence. NEVER RECEIVED our holding deposit back, but still wasting others time is absurd in this day and age.
