  1 complete week here and my rating is being generous. The way the tenants and staff here treat the property is embarrassing to say the least. The only picture that isn’t a public amenity is the storage picture that displays a plethora of mouse shit. Non-residents are constantly defacing property, there’s never dog poop bags in the dog area so one on picks up after their dogs, the poop is LITERALLY everywhere on the property. To have ANYTHING fixed you have to submit a maintenance request. The leasing staff is dismissive and passive aggressive interrupting when pointing out any messes or issues. It’s apparently not in their job description to assist the tenants. The gym equipment is 4/10, with some things broken/not working and others just being sub par. Also, if you saw the hammocks in the listing, they don’t exist. I’ve asked many tenants who have been here for a year and they’ve never seen it. Risa, the leasing office worker lied to my face and said, “oh they're out by the pool.” I can assure you, unless I’ve discovered a new blindness, they are not. I moved here from out of state and couldn’t tour in person. ID HIGHLY SUGGEST touring in person.

  Good looking apartments with modern amenities, not wort it though. Walls are very thin you can hear conversations and any noise from other apartments. Office personnel are very rude once you live there not the same as when they show the apartment on that first day. Amenities fees are ridiculous so please add a good 250 dollars to whatever your rent base is. And when moving out be ready to pay 400 to 600 dollars regardless of how clean you leave everything. Only lived there for 7 months broke the lease because we couldn’t stand the noises and how little the office try to help. Our carpets were just as when we got the apt since we lived there for so little and still got charged 200 bucks to take care of them when we moved out. This is just my experience I understand it might not be the same for everyone but truly I encourage people to keep looking and not rent here is not worth the headache.

  I leave this review to state that I’ve been convinced by others not to consider this place. The place is beautiful but so many negative reviews have scared me and my family away. I’m only one, but hopefully with enough, they make positive changes for those here.

  We went in for a tour, we arrived they told us could only do virtual, so we agreed. I emailed a second time saying i want to see a specific apartment, and they said book an appointment and they will for sure show us. We showed up excited to see the apartment, was told to wait and sit, by a lady that didn't even care to look up. As we waited we heard a resident saying how management hasn't come to fix her apartment for weeks. I decided to read reviews and see that the 15 months without seeing the apartment first is the best rate they give.. lets just say im glad we dodged that bullet and how big of a red flag this building is! I wanted to review our experience to save people from booking with them and getting trapped.
