  Jennifer was very professional and helpful with making this a smooth move in. Even noticed that the floor vinyl needed to be replaced and took care of it on her own, as well as fixed the other things that needed fixing prior to moving well in advance. Very impressed so far!

  I have lived here over the last 10 years. I’ve watched prices go from $700/month to $1200 for the same unit & the only difference was the owners and a bad paint job. In the winter you’ll have a minimum of $200/month for electricity due to the type of heaters in the homes. The units aren’t clean. The laundry costs money. The “gate” doesn’t work. In fact, very recently a man came onto the property and damaged MANY cars, throwing rocks through the windows. Not to mention the cops being here constantly. This place is not worth the price at all but capitalism huh.

  The office team is great and so helpful! The process may be long but again the staff at keyway apartments makes everything easy going.
