  BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! Laundry machines go out of service. Management changes often; about two weeks after we moved management changed. When we toured and applied there was a lady there at the office who helped us, her name was Briana Buffington. She was really nice when she showed us the unit and helped us apply. There was another really nice African American male working there when we first moved in and he gave us our keys and lease when we moved in. But then Brittany Heng and Raquel started working in the office. It was a horrible living experience over all. We moved in December 2025 from California, signed a 6 month lease however we couldn’t even live there for the 6 months because it was INFESTED, and it was such a horrible experience. The whole entire building we were in was needing to get treatments where they would come and spray and it was so inconvenient and no plan or support was offered (we were in unit #59).When we moved in the fridge light didn’t work, the freezer ice tray was broken, there was a leak in the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink would clog. When we moved in and noticed, We communicated with the office and even put in service requests but none of that got fixed. We were patient and we were understanding. This was a nightmare.

  Raquel, Brittany and Chris were great through every step of the way. I came from Arizona and like this was the easiest move in. They deserve a raise. Happy to be here

  The staff was wonderful and helped me make this a smooth process. Raquel was very helpful. Home sweet home

  Everything went smoothly when I applied. Ayaan was very helpful in making the move so much easier.
