Mixed experience here, particularly with Maira in the leasing office. On multiple occasions, she came across as dismissive and condescending when I asked simple questions about leasing. The interactions felt unnecessarily tense, as if I was bothering her just by being there. The attitude and lack of professionalism made what should have been a straightforward process uncomfortable. It honestly felt like tenants were an inconvenience rather than a priority. That said, not everyone in the office was the same. I’ve interacted with Hannah and someone I believe was named Max, and both were polite, helpful, and much more approachable.
Walking into the office, it really seems like your experience depends on who you get and possibly even the day. It’s a gamble whether you’ll be treated respectfully or met with attitude.
I’m writing this in hopes that management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving the level of service. However, it’s concerning that the same individual involved in these issues may also be responsible for handling or responding to reviews, which doesn’t inspire much confidence that meaningful changes will happen anytime soon - especially if ownership isn’t directly reviewing feedback.
Also, some residents could do better about cleaning up after their pets. That’s something prospective tenants may want to keep in mind as well.
Overall, there are some good staff members here, but the inconsistency in management behavior and professionalism makes it hard to recommend without hesitation.

Was a good area and the office management was easy and fair to work with. I only struggled with the pay portal. But I would suggest the area to others.
Management appears highly motivated to delay or deflect responsibility when maintenance issues extend beyond routine repairs. In our case, we were forced to live with black mold for approximately three months while the issue was repeatedly minimized and mishandled.
The first “repair” attempt focused on replacing the glass while ignoring the mold-saturated window frames, which were the actual source of the problem. Prior to that, the typical and ineffective bleach-spray approach was attempted. I happened to be present during the installation and had to point out that the contractor was addressing the wrong component entirely. Even after insisting the work be redone, the remediation was still incomplete—and by the time we moved out, the mold had already begun returning.
What was most concerning was the response from management. Rather than treating mold as the serious health issue it is, the problem was repeatedly downplayed. At one point, office staff suggested that I should simply clean the window frames myself for several months, implying the issue was a tenant maintenance problem rather than a structural one.
The overall tone from the office was strikingly dismissive. Much of this guidance came from the community director, who delivered these recommendations from behind a desk that often appeared buried in candy wrappers—while simultaneously voicing strong complaints about dog feces around the property. The contrast between those priorities and an unresolved mold issue was difficult to ignore.
If you are concerned about health standards, proper remediation practices, or transparent property management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The management culture here reflects the type of corporate property oversight where liability avoidance seems to take priority over resident wellbeing.

I’m thankful I love the place. And the lady was nice. To us.
The office gal was really good proffesional
The appartments are nice
Price point isnt so good, around every corner theres a fee
Pushing cost as you go,
Coop electric not to exceed is far more than we spend
Cot for a covered space ( please) garage cost is high
And anything is the unit above bottom line is an upgrade
Pushing the cost = to a nice two story town home with a two car garage a drive way and back yard (small) but stil a yard and patio
So with that said why would anyone rent one of your appartments ?
