  Management isn’t helpful, they continue to dodge my calls about service calls, first 8 months of my lease the dishwasher leaked water into the floor. On several occasions maintenance came by to make sure it was broken then leave. Constant issues with work orders saying they were completed when in reality no one came by at all. My bathroom ceiling fan has been leaking water for going on two months. Again all the maintenance workers would do is just come look at it and that’s that. I wouldn’t wish this property on my worst enemy.

  We have been here for about 2-3 yrs we really love it here management is amazing renewing my least for sure . .it pretty quiet n Haley makes it easy to talk to if anything is disturbing both her and Danny really are on it excited for the pool opening I would recommend it to family and friends yeah its a little pricey but its worth it the location is so convenient for myself snd my house hold .

  DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I've lived here for years and they take a long time whenever a service issue is needed. They keep telling me they'll put a work order in and noone comes by!! Its now been 5 days since the heating element went out in the dryer. This is an ongoing issue. Instead of replacing the dryer like a normal company would, they have to keep coming over and "try" to fix it which lasts for about a month or so. I cant wait to move out of this place!!! Drive around anytime and you will see the numerous open garages and open blinds around the property which represents vacancies. Alot of long-term residents such as myself are moving out. If I could, I'd give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately, the lowest I can give is 1. There are also cars that have been parked in front parking places for months, and they remain taking up valuable spots. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

  terrible! overpriced! maintenance does not know what they are doing. management raises rent higher than market rate...too many problems! avoid this place.
