They'll go as far as hiring the cheapest and low quality pest control just to save money, but this has backfired. The termites here are either on steroids or pest control simply cannot do their job, as the same person had to come in and "spray" over 6 times already in the last 2 months, all on a weekly basis where I had to clear out everything in my kitchen and bathrooms. They fail to realize that this is inconvenient for everyone, and people have full-time jobs + other commitments and cannot clear out their kitchen and bathrooms every other week just because the pest control cannot do their jobs right. Or maybe the termites and cockroaches are just on steroids! When I asked the pest control and the management what company they're under, they also refused to answer me. So if you want to have to go through that on a weekly basis, I suggest avoiding this place. There are far cheaper and better apartments nearby. Save yourself the hassle and look for an apartment elsewhere.
Katrina is also a terrible person and bad community manager, and I now understand all the negative reviews on her especially she has no compassion. Kromer investments if you're reading this please do something about it. You don't want someone like her representing your company and the community doesn't need someone like her as their manager. On a side note pest control will be coming back next week and I have to clear out everything in my apartment again, they've had the last 7 weeks to "look into" the issue and find a solution for the community. Total incompetence.
