  I give it 4 stars because the cost - functionality ratio is not consistent What's going well? It is a very quiet and very safe building, personally I have never had to fear for my safety or that of my car The neighbors are very calm and friendly It is very clean and they give it very frequent maintenance What does it take to improve? The gym could have better equipment The automatic gate hasn't worked for months I have made some requests to the office and they have not given me a resolution They don't have a dog park and it would really be appreciated The prices are quite high if you try to live alone The studio especially is a very small space for such a high price

  No place is perfect to move into. Just happens that way: But the garage is filthy. Was really disappointed when I seen the level of filth. We all pay a great deal to live in a nice place: when you see the garage in such disarray it says a lot about what we all rent. It can be much better

  From the moment I came in contact with the office, I have had every question and hurdle responded to in a polite professional way. I primarily worked with Jenny. She was informative and really just made me comfortable with the entire process

  Unfortunately, my experience at The Deco on Victoria Square has been very disappointing. While the building appears nice at first, the reality of living here does not match the price point. There are often homeless individuals in the parking garage, which raises ongoing safety and security concerns. The elevators are frequently broken, and when they are working, they often smell strongly of urine. Common areas are not well maintained and there has been dog poop left in the hallways on multiple occasions. Communication from management is inconsistent, and maintenance issues take longer than promised to be resolved. Overall, the cleanliness, upkeep, and level of professionalism fall far below expectations. I would strongly encourage prospective residents to do thorough research before signing a lease.
