  I lived here for 5 years from September 2020 - September 2025. Apartments are nice and in a good area. Maintenance requests are usually solved pretty quick. Front office is usually repsonsive. The only reason I took off a star is because there was a situaion where my car was towed after I parked during a severe snowstorm (before leaving for vacation). By the time the snow had melted, I was about 6 inches over the parking lines but I was on vacation so I couldn't move the vehicle. It cost me $400 to get my car out of the towing yard. Besides that, it's a nice place to live.

  Friendly kind staff and nice atmosphere it's just too small for me I suffer from being enclosed and I thank God for the square one team be blessed in all your endeavors

  Was looking for a place in Reno and Taylor in the office was very helpful and informative on all my questions and made everything very easy to understand

  Just moved in and had a great experience so far. Taylor at the office was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. The place is clean, everything looks well taken care of, and it even smells fresh which was a nice surprise! Now it's time to get settled in, but first impressions are definitely positive.
