  I leave this review to state that I’ve been convinced by others not to consider this place. The place is beautiful but so many negative reviews have scared me and my family away. I’m only one, but hopefully with enough, they make positive changes for those here.

  We went in for a tour, we arrived they told us could only do virtual, so we agreed. I emailed a second time saying i want to see a specific apartment, and they said book an appointment and they will for sure show us. We showed up excited to see the apartment, was told to wait and sit, by a lady that didn't even care to look up. As we waited we heard a resident saying how management hasn't come to fix her apartment for weeks. I decided to read reviews and see that the 15 months without seeing the apartment first is the best rate they give.. lets just say im glad we dodged that bullet and how big of a red flag this building is! I wanted to review our experience to save people from booking with them and getting trapped.

  My family and I have lived here for about 3 years and the first couple of years were okay, we had complaints but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Avoid this place if you can, the women in the office are so rude, they cannot be bothered with questions. I had a charge when going to pay rent that I had never noticed so I just wanted some clarification so I went into the office and explained that I noticed a charge I wasn’t familiar with and before I could even explain what it was or show her what I was talking about she cut me off and said “don’t know but you’re always charged that, call corporate” I’m just in awe of how people can be so miserable, you chose to work there no one forced you! They are so nice to get you in the door and sign a lease but after that just so rude and unprofessional. There are so many other apartments. Counting down the months until we can get out of here.

  I moved into Lumina at Spanish Springs on August 15, 2025. When I arrived with my U-Haul, my apartment wasn’t quite ready. I went to the leasing office and spoke with Stephanie, who handled the situation with outstanding professionalism. She immediately escalated the issue to upper management and even the property owner to ensure everything was resolved quickly and correctly. Within just a few hours, my apartment was completely ready and looked brand new. Stephanie also made sure a complimentary credit was applied to my account for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Since moving in, she has continued to be incredibly helpful — always responsive, professional, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. Thanks to her dedication and customer service, my experience at Lumina at Spanish Springs has been very positive.
