- TJTyler JenningsJul 23, 20251.0Spoke to some neighbors when looking at homes, one home pipe burst flooded 1/4 of the house and toll denied the claim after one year of living there. Heard from many plumbers that toll brothers plumbing is notorious for having issues. Toll had an employee who lives in the neighborhood parking and blocking driveway of a quick move that we were in contract with and also had numerous cars all over the outside of the house and said that’s a home owners issue. We decided not to proceed with purchasing a home here.
