The are unprofessional and ignorant when it comes to our neighborhoods. If our area was smart they would drop them immediately and get a true HOA company. Wonder why people HATE HOA's these people are your number one reason as to why. Stay Away from any neighbor with this as your representation.

They claim to send letters about supposed violations, yet in 2025—an electronic age—they can’t manage to send a simple email or text. Instead, they assess $200 fines for issues that could have been fixed in minutes if they had just reached out properly. Meanwhile, I have neighbors with unfinished landscaping going on five years, and another with a backyard untouched for nearly a decade, yet nothing is said. My direct neighbor has trash sitting in his front yard for over a year, and no one enforces that. But because I parked a truck temporarily in my own front yard, I get hit with a $200 violation notice I never even received in time to correct. Their approach to communication and enforcement is inconsistent, arbitrary, and purely punitive. Instead of working with homeowners, they seem more interested in generating fines than solving problems. here is the supposed violation. I’m parked in my driveway but the rear tires are about 3 inches in the gravel. $200 fine. this is completely ludicrous and unacceptable!!!!!!!
