Their billing process for office supplies is unable to fully reconcile their charges. This company refuses to supply the requested or required reports to fully reconcile charges for copies and notices charged for, after asking several times. If we can not verify the charges, how do we know they are accurate? I'm not happy with their billing process at all! Even the system used is antiquated and detached from their company billing for notices to homeowners. This is an issue not allowing for accurate reconciliation of charges!
