Equal opportunity, housing, yeah I don’t think so. First off going to look at an apartment and the associate says she needs a copy of our drivers license. When asked why she said just in case I come up missing, are you serious right now? talk about judging a book by its cover and not knowing the story between the cover. She could have told us something else but that was uncalled for. So we paid the application fees and a deposit to hold the apartment ,even though I felt we should have just left, we got denied for the apartment, which is fine called about our deposit being returned to us,, was told they can take 7 to 10 business days, I worked for one of the Major Financial Institutions and know it don’t take 7 to 10 business days for a refund. It takes 48 to 72 hours from the time a refund is initiated. The 10 business days has came and gone and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded to me. I have called and it seems like every time I call their computers are down. I’m not upset about not getting approved for the place but upset on how we were and still being treated. We have applied at 3 other apartments complexes and got approved for one and the other places that we have paid a deposit to , we have already got those deposits back. These places were after we applied for this location. So what is taking this location so long to return our deposit and what is up with the run around. Just called again this morning and of course the computers are down and was told she would call me when the computers come back up. I won’t hold my breath as they have not returned any of my calls so far. I wouldn’t give them one star but I have to give them at least that to be able to post about my experience with this company. Reply to your comment, one.. it’s almost the same reply you sent to everyone, and 2 .. I’ll let my Attorney contact you if you have any questions or concerns.

This place is run by a bunch of goobers. Just don’t move here. Things might seem fine at first—actually, no, not really. I witnessed a man beating his dog and was told management couldn’t get involved. People speed through the parking lot constantly, dog poop is everywhere and rarely picked up, and don’t bother getting used to any office staff because they’ll be gone in a few weeks anyway. But even if you somehow get past all of that, just wait until you try to move out. That’s when things really get interesting. They’ll “overcharge” your rent by almost $500 by pulling it directly from your bank account and then refuse to return it when you ask for an immediate check. After countless back-and-forth conversations—and even having to explain to their “community director,” Nicole, that what she was doing is against Nevada state law—they’ll send you to some third-party website to “request” your own money back. Over a month later, you’d think the money that was illegally—sorry, mistakenly—taken from your account would be returned. Nope. Instead, you’ll be told it’s going to be applied toward your “move-out fees.” Then they’ll give you a bunch of nonsense about having to wait 30 days… even though it’s already been over 30 days since they took the money in the first place. Upper management doesn’t seem to care at all, which honestly explains the endless bad reviews across every platform. And I’m sure someone will respond to this saying they’d love to talk “one-on-one.” If that happens, maybe start by asking Nicole to pull up the emails. Or better yet, just return the money. Also ask her why she was so angry when we came into her office simply trying to resolve the issue. I thought management was supposed to de-escalate situations, not make them worse. Definitely would recommend some training courses

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is not what it seems. People always moving in and out: that should tell you something. It’s right off 4th st, that alone should have deterred me, but I was swayed by the “then” front desk people. When we first moved in, we didn’t have to pay for parking but it was hell trying to find a spot; they then started charging for covered parking, AND THEN they started charging for uncovered parking. If you didn’t have one of those then you had like 10 spots to try to get.. People always speeding in the community, dog poop everywhere. Maintenance doesn’t pick up trash. Units are cheaply built and fall apart, just wait for a wind storm and half the shingles fly off the roof. After move out, you’ll be charged for previous owners damages even when noted on report: they also refuse to do a walkthrough probably so they can charge more. You’ll never see the same face in the office because they’re always getting fired. If you look them up on the BBB, they have an F rating - enough said. Dog spa never reopened. Hated this place. Couldn’t wait to move. Staff make it unbearable
