  Updated review: I just moved in a few fays ago. One of the reasons I decided on these apartments was because the leasing agent, Madelyn was so kind and helpful. The buildings are a little older compared to some complexes, but they have done a lot of work to remodel the apartments. My apartment came with all new flooring, carpet, appliances, and cabinets. The community is quiet and seems safe. The neighbors next door were friendly, the others quiet, no problem. I'm also quiet. Right away, I noticed that the AC was not working, and my apartment is reaching 81 degrees in the afternoon despite it running all day. That is hotter than outside and it's only March. But, a work order was put in immediately, and a tech called me within minutes to let me know they would come by tomorrow. They fixed it less than 24 hours later. I went to the gym and it was super clean and beautiful. I am excited the try the Peloton mirror. The hot tub was on and it is wonderful for the spinal cord issues I have. The laundry room is clean and not busy, and the app makes it super easy to use. I like that I only have to share with a few others. I really love it.

  The maintenance is good, and so living here has some up side. But the management is mostly, if not wholly, useless. They either ignore your email because they can’t do anything on your problem, dodge the issue, or just unwilling to solve the some real issue that we have or help because of the lease and rule set so. No wonder they wanted to introduce AI agent, because I simply cannot tell talking to which one is more frustrating. For who ever wish to living here, if you think you won’t ever need to deal with the management, this may be a good place. Otherwise, pick your poison before you set foot here.

  Go look at the yelp reviews and you will see the truth. They will rip you off on move out, they charge a whole bunch of extra fees on top of rent. That’s not advertised, the amenities do not work, and your air conditioning will be from the 80s

  I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance crew here at my complex, especially Nick and Alex! Every time I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve been quick, professional, and super friendly. They always explain what’s going on, get the job done right, and never make you feel like you’re bothering them. Thanks guys, we appreciate you two so much!
