  I had a great experience working with Casey as my leasing agent. From start to finish, Casey was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was Casey’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly.   Moving in was a breeze. Kudos to Casey for making everything easy for me. He was very professional and communicative. It only took five days from the time I first viewed the apartment to the time I was fully moved in. Great views and hiking trails right outside my door.

  First, this is a great complex in a unique part of Reno. And while I didn't land on a place here based on need and timing, I was super impressed with the level of professionalism I experience with Casey! He was understanding of my needs and wants in a place and took the time and effort to stay in touch during my search. I would highly recommend starting your process at The Overlook, and with Casey specifically.
