  I have lived at Bungalows for about a year. Our overall experience is great except maintenance. Whenever we had the work order, they directed it to another department, but it took around 3 days to fix the issue. Once, our sink and faucet system got blocked in the kitchen on the day we called guests. Although we told them that it smelled bad and we needed to use it urgently, they insisted on not coming. Additionally, the system was connected to the dishwasher, so we could not use it for two days. If this is not an issue to fix immediately, what will be called as an emergency to give a hand and relieve tenants’ stress?

  Happy the Hot Water is Hotter but I understand the Water Pressure can't be adjusted. When I was in Unit 603 the Water Pressure was strong.

  No grilling allowed on the outdoor patio. Also very short inspection notices and fire alarm testing. Makes it very hard for night shift people who need 7 days notice to call out of work.
