  The staff here is amazing! The current manager Kristen is leaving for a new opportunity, so sad to see her go! But Halle and Briana in the office will make sure you feel at home :)

  My husband and I have lived here for 15 months and we are about to move out since we are going out of state for work. If we were staying in the area I think we would renew our lease here for year to come. Maintenance comes within 24 hours of requests being made- but often less than 12. Our concerns were always addressed so quickly and professionally. I truly have loved living here! If you are thinking about renting here are a few things to note 1. Gate is never actually locked 2. Smart home features only work sometimes. Not a problem for us bc I don’t mind turning my own lights on and using a key to lock the door 3. There is construction next door as a single family community is being built on the neighboring lot. 4. People SPEED through the parking lot 5. There is very good landscaping and pest control. I’ve only ever seen lizards and some gnats since living here- none in my house.

  Super unprofessional staff, after you pay all the fees for the application and administration fees, if you got denied, it will be weeks before they send you your money back. If you don’t think you’ll get approved, don’t even try to apply there because you might not get your money back.

  Staff has been incredibly kind to me from start to finish. Halle and Kristen are incredibly helpful with anything that I need as a tenant, especially during a transitionary period of my life! Amazing customer service and problem solving skills. My apartment is nice, neighbors are quiet. I enjoy living here! Thanks SVA!!!!
